The Gun Network Terms of Service INTRODUCTION This document constitutes The Gun Network's Terms of Service. By using this site, using the Services offered, and participating in any of the activities provided here, you are agreeing that you understand and will abide by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you find these Terms of Service disagreable, you are required to cease all use of The Gun Network website and all of the services it offers immediately. On a more personal note, we want you to enjoy yourself while you're here, and we hope our services will be beneficial to you and your business. As long as you don't do anything illegal, and are nice to other people, no one is going to have any problems. With that, we must continue with the legal stuff. SYSTEM ABUSE Any use of Services that attempt to spam, sell any illegal items, sell items in illegal manners, defraud others, break laws or potentially bring damage of any nature to others will result in immediate terminatin of Services. In the event that legal action is taken against you by 3rd parties, as a result of your misuse/abuse of The Gun Network Services, you agree to be held liable for and to pay for any costs incurred by such actions. TERMINATION OF SERVICES The Gun Network reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason it finds worthy. In such cases that it exercises this right, it shall not be required to disclose its reasons. The Gun Network shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service, regardless of any damages that may occur as the result of termination of Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination. SPAM All Users agree to refrain from "spamming" of any kind, for any reason. Spamming will result in immediate termination of services, be reported to the appropriate ISPs for legal action, and may also result in criminal/civil penalties. Spamming shall be defined as the sending of unsolicited messages to other parties for reasons not pertaining to the Services offered at The Gun Network. ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS All transactions occuring as a result of, or with the aid of services offered at The Gun Network site must be in compliance with US federal and state laws, as well as any more specific local laws. It is the responsibility of all parties invovled in a transaction (including buyer, seller, and any possible 3rd parties) to be aware, know, and fully understand all federal, state, and local laws, and be in accordance with these laws. In the event that any party involved in a transaction is not in compliance with any law, The Gun Network shall not be held responsible in any way. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS As stated by law, all firearms must be shipped to a certified FFL holder. It is the responsibility of any person shipping a firearm to locate an FFL holder, and verify that his or her FFL is valid. In the event that a User of these Services does not ship to a valid FFL holder for any reason, including inadequate verification of an FFL, The Gun Network shall not be held responsible in any way. Further, criminal penalties may be applicable to the User. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances shall The Gun Network be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of The Gun Network site or the Service, whether the damages arise from proper use or misuse of The Gun Network site or the Services offered here, from inability to use The Gun Network site or the Service, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of The Gun Network site or the Service.
